We accept payment via check, money order, or online payments through our resident portal, which can be found on this website.
When is my rent due?
Rent is paid in twelve monthly installments due on the 1st of each month.
How does roommate matching work for SDSU students?
Yes, roommate matching is available using RoomSync. When you fill out your lease agreement, you’ll also fill out a resident profile card which includes a questionnaire about your lifestyle and preferences. If you need to be matched with a roomie, we’ll use this information to find you roommates with similar interests. We take roommate matching
What is the community fee?
To assist with a smooth living experience, we have established a fee that among other things allows all utility and internet to be charged to the landlord releasing residents from the hassle and responsibility.

Your payment at Victory on Paseo includes water, sewer, trash, electricity, internet and access to all our community amenities.
What does it mean to have an individual lease?
We offer individual leases per person instead of per apartment. This means if your roommate fails to pay their rent or moves out, you won’t be held responsible.
